All papers accepted for this workshop will be published in the Workshop Proceedings of IEEE Big Data Conference, made available in the IEEE eXplore digital library.

Submission Instructions

  • Camera-ready version of accepted papers must be compliant with the IEEE Xplore format for publication.
  • Submissions must be in PDF format (see link to Formatting Instructions).
  • Submissions are required to be within 6 pages for short paper or 10 pages for full paper (including references).
  • Submissions must be single-spaced, 2-column pages in IEEE Xplore format.
  • Submissions are NOT double-blind.
  • Only web-based submissions are allowed.
  • All submission deadlines are Anywhere on Earth (AOE).
  • Please submit your paper via the submission system.

Registration

Each paper needs to have at least one full registration in order to get your paper published in the conference proceedings. If you are a student author and you are the only one to register for the paper, then you need to pay the full registration, not the student registration. The author registration deadline is Nov 22, 2023. If you pay by wire-transfer, pls note that wire-transfer normally take about 10 days to actually transfer the fund from your bank account to the IEEE BigData 2023 account, make sure your payment is received by Nov 22, otherwise your paper won't be published in the conference proceedings. Pls follow the registration link from for the online registration

Visa Invitation Letter

If you do need a visa invitation letter, you need to register the conference. In the online registration process, it will ask you whether you need a visa invitation letter or not. After you complete the registration payment, the registration invoice and visa invitation letter will be sent to you by email.

Notice

  • final camera-ready paper submission deadline is Nov 26, 2023, pls don't miss the deadline, otherwise your paper won't be published in the conference proceedings.

  • Regular Papers should have 10 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

  • Regular paper need to prepare 20 minutes oral presentation (about 15 minutes for talk and 5 minutes for Q and A)

PURCHASING EXTRA PAGES: The authors could purchase two extra pages if necessary with US$100 per page.
