Proceedings

All papers accepted for this workshop will be published in the Workshop Proceedings of IEEE Big Data Conference, made available in the IEEE eXplore digital library.

Submission Instructions

  • Camera-ready version of accepted papers must be compliant with the IEEE Xplore format for publication.
  • Submissions must be in PDF format.
  • Submissions are required to be within 6 pages for short paper or 10 pages for full paper (including references).
  • Submissions must be single-spaced, 2-column pages in IEEE Xplore format.
  • Submissions are NOT double-blind.
  • Only web-based submissions are allowed.
  • All submission deadlines are Anywhere on Earth (AOE).
  • Please submit your paper via the submission system.

Registration

Each paper needs to have at least one full registration in order to get your paper published in the conference proceedings. If you are a student author and you are the only one to register for the paper, then you need to pay the full registration, not the student registration. The author registration deadline is Nov 22, 2023. If you pay by wire-transfer, pls note that wire-transfer normally take about 10 days to actually transfer the fund from your bank account to the IEEE BigData 2023 account, make sure your payment is received by Nov 22, otherwise your paper won't be published in the conference proceedings. the conference has reserved rooms with discounted rate for the participants. To book the hotel rooms using the conference discount rate, please follow the links

Travel Awards

The conference will offer 25 student travel awards to student authors. Please email Dr. Yuan An at ya45@drexel.edu the following materials before the deadline Nov 22, 2023: your name, affiliation, supporting letter from your advisor or dept chair, paper id and title, registration receipt.

Visa Invitation Letter

If you do need a visa invitation letter, you need to register the conference. In the online registration process, it will ask you whether you need a visa invitation letter or not. After you complete the registration payment, the registration invoice and visa invitation letter will be sent to you by email.

Notice

  • final camera-ready paper submission deadline is Nov 26, 2023, pls don't miss the deadline, otherwise your paper won't be published in the conference proceedings, Pls follow the URL for the camera-ready paper submission.

  • The main conference is organized as in-person event. The workshop as a hybrid event, all the accepted papers needed be registered. The authors who cannot attend the workshops in-person, it is fine, but need to attend by the zoom meeting to present your paper, or email Jinli Zhang(jlzhangcs@bjut.edu.cn) the video-recording so you could play their video at the workshop or ask the audience to watch the video from the conference video sever. If the autors cannot login zoom meeting for live presentation, pls recording and uploading your video to BigData 2023.

  • Regular Papers should have 10 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

  • Regular paper need to prepare 20 minutes oral presentation (about 15 minutes for talk and 5 minutes for Q and A)

PURCHASING EXTRA PAGES: The authors could purchase two extra pages if necessary with US$100 per page.
